Walk the Process Line
Many of the organizations we serve managed their projects on various lists contained in email, Excel and on white boards. These organizations were not ready for large, complex and expensive project management systems. The level of project management process that an organization requires and can adopt depends on the organization itself and the projects and work being managed.
